I'm 16 and I made a really stupid decision and now I'm pregnant. Telling my parents is not an option for many reasons(trust me). Is it possible for me to get an abortion without my parents knowing? The guy is 18, would he be able to take me to get it done? About how much would it cost?

Girl take responsibility for your actions! Do you really want to live with the guilt of "terminating" your baby? It is so permanent you can never take it back.
If you are old enough to have sex, then you are old enough to take care of the baby you made.
Babies are a gift from God.

You would do this than tell your parents? That seems a little selfish to me. I think in some states you can do this without parental consent but my opinion is that you shouldn't. I would rather my daughter tell me she is pregnant than tell me she contracted aids or whatever. I would rather her to tell me than to get an abortion without knowing the complete facts. It is your decision but make sure you get the complete facts on what you are actually doing. Go to the doctor and get an ultrasound and you will see what you are doing even if you are only 2 months along.
Having a child and giving it up for adoption is also an option and please don't say "I can't live knowing I have a child out there." If you can't live knowing that, try living knowing that you killed a potential child that COULD have been out there.
Just think deeply about this before making a final decision and give your parents a chance. They may have a much different attitude if this really were to happen. A lot of parents make threats on this to prevent you from not being careful, but when it really happens, they change their atitudes.
I got pregnant very young and told my mother who was very old fashioned and thought I was a virgin. She just cried. But then she told me she was proud of me no matter what and really helped me through the rest of the pregnancy and raising the baby.
Anyway, look inside yourself and make the right decision. Answering your last question, I think it is between 500 and 800 dollars to do this. Yes, anyone can take you to get it done, but some states your parents have to. Your boyfriend could come along. But truthfully, you won't stay together for long after this, you will change-both of you.

Before I answer your question I would like to state for the record that this answer is not coming from someone that is Christan, as a matter of fact I don't believe their is a god. Why are you going to have your baby killed for an error you made. You didn't become pregnant accidentally or because you were raped, you became pregnant because you choose to spread your legs. You made the choice to sleep with somebody, so now you should take responsibility for your actions. Choosing to have an abortion without their consent is just to cover your asss. You should tell your parents the truth about what happened even if they get really mad at you. Its not like they can kick you out of the house because your not 18 yet. You choose to have sex, so now you should deal with the consequences of your actions. Please don't make the baby pay for something stupid that you choose to do. If you don't want the baby then put it up for adoption. Their is also a new law that went into effect not too long ago, its called the safe heaven law.

Contact your local Planned Parenthood Center or health department and find out what the laws in your area are.. Once you know the laws you will know if it's possible without parental concent and you can call about cost...
Talk to a trusted adult if that can't be your parents an aunt, teacher, school counselor, etc. will be ok... The trusted adult can help you think of places and solutions in your area..
No your bofriend at age 18 can not take you to have an abortion if the law requires you to have parental consent.. Also do not have your boyfriend take you across state lines to have it done if that was a thought your boyfriend can be charged with kidnapping and crossing state lines (a federal crime) for transporting you across state lines without your parents permission.. If you have to go across stateines make sure to get yourself there with permission for the trip from your parents or on your own....

You should really think about your options before jumping right in Ive been right were you are at . I"m sure that you can get it done and he needs to be in voled but you need to understand if you don"t tell your parents thy are going to think you are not the reasonable girl thy raised Know matter how bad you may think things are thy can help more than anyone and later when thy do find out ,and trust me thy do! Thy will blame them selves And getting pregnet happens a lot at your age I was 14 and now im 45 i would be there for my child know matter what not that i wouldent be upset at frist, but moms and dads allways come around and back to love and try to understand there teens as long as thy are good people Also have some one with you a legal adult If you decied (not the father of the child) he is were the problem will lie

One thing you need to find out is if your 18 year old boyfriend will get in trouble for helping you or taking you out of state if you need to do that.
In most states they will NOT tell your parents. But you need to make sure. Just call up a few places and ask questions. If it is a clinic they will not ask your name or anything and will be truthfull with you.
You also need to make sure this is what you want. Pissed off parents or not. There are places that will help you if you want to have the baby and are afraid of you parents.
I can not tell you prices cause they would different all over. I would just start making phone calls and asking.

Many states require a parents permission now but there are 2 problems at hand now. Your boyfriend broke the law being with a minor. Look into the state laws. You may have no other choice but to tell them regardless what you decide to do.

If I am not mistaken, every state may have different laws or rules. I hate that you can't tell your folks, been there. I would call around to different clinics, just make sure the clinics are legal. Cost range from 375.00 to 600.00. also really take care of yourself afterwards...healing in important...you'll have to go get examined afterwards which you will want. Also, if you need to "block" things out for your own good, ask for a extra relaxer shot. Thats helps too.

i would talk to an adult, but also you really should talk to your parents they may understand that you made a mistake. there are many people in the world that would love to adopt a baby and give them a good home. this is also a choice so i would hold off on terminating your pregnancy.
this is how my husband and i became parents and it is a hard decision but i am ever so greatful to my sons natural mother.

In most states no it's not possible. But getting an Abortion is not going to make your problems go away at all, they will get worse because of the guilt I have friends who have gone through abortions and now they are worse off then they were while they were pregnant and completely regreted it.

I also got pregnant when I was 16, and I placed my baby for adoption rather than have her murdered in my womb.
Today she's a happy, healthy, and wonderful 24 year old woman who got married recently. I was blessed to be in attendance at the wedding.
Give your child a shot at life. Just like your mother gave to you.
