im 18 going on 19 next month. about 5'5, around 150-160lbs, & yea im a pretty chubby but not enough that anyone can see. im black so my butt is on the big side along with my thigs. im looking to get into shape this winter so i can go to the beach this summer and not be ashamed of wearing a bathing suit.
what kind of workout routine can i do (i really dont have time to hit up a gym cuz im a workaholic) and diet should i be with to get to a 6 pack, smaller butt & thigs, and bigger muscles? how long would it take? please be as descriptive as possible and only real answers.

if anyone thinks tae-bo might be the way to go lemme know that also or maybe any simple workouts that are also effective
