"Joe" It's easy for him to learn, when you start teaching him to talk. If you start with "Hello Joe", he'll pick it up quite easily, then other words will come natural for him. Good Luck!

I had a cockatiel when I was younger, my friends always called him "Mohawk man."
Maybe you could throw out some names you've been considering for people to give feedback on.
Otherwise name him after a cartoon character. Odds are it'll fit.

i got a cockatiel called Para. he is very cute. for your cockatiel, Pacesra will be exotic! beaklet, beakling are some other suggestions. but Pacesra is real cool.
