I do have a history of dizzyness but every doctor I have been to says there is nothing they can do about it.

vertigo. it is like LSD coming on, or more specifically Psilocybin. best that you get a second opinion. it may be from low blood pressure and there may be under lying health issues.

The same thing happend to me when i was younger, i have recently learned that i have hypertension though, it can cause dizzyness, when u stand up u may get a head rush, see a bright light

It sounds like vertigo, which can be caused by fluid in the inner ear. I know there is something that can be done about it if that is the problem. If you have not been checked for inner-ear issues, then I would go to an Ear, Nose & Throat specialist and have it done.
