It depends alot on how much weight the person has lost and how rapidly the person has lost it. If down slowly, your skin has time to recover and shrink back. There are many cases where people get gastric bipass surgery, and because they lose the weight so quickly, the skin just hangs. Then they need surgery again to remove the excess skin.

you have to drink alot of water and exercise. It also helps if you massage your body with firming creams to support your skin as you lose weight. If you are significantly overweight you are going to have some skin flab. It shouldnt be too bad if you stay hydrated. Good Luck!
