Helping save a dog's life by helping to get her from the rescue group that took her in (after she was left for dead on the side of the road with a broken foot and the pads on her paws ripped off, most likely from being dragged behind a vehicle) to her forever home in another part of the country.
Seven hours on the road, and worth every second.
