ive been cutting down to the frozen dinners like lean cuisine, smart ones and those sort of dinners and then at school i get a salad but after lunch and dinner i eat one of these oatmeal creme bars. is that alrite to do after a meal???

The real problem in your diet is all those frozen dinners! They are HORRIBLE for you. They have little nutrients, vitamins, protein or fiber. They are also very high in sodium, which makes you hungry and bloated.

Try eating more fresh, healthy foods. A good rule to follow is try to eat things with no more than 5 ingredients. Check the label on those dinners, you'll be surprised how many chemicals are in there!

You've probably cut down to too few calories and it makes you crave super sweet things like those bars. Your body probably needs a few extra calories and if that's all you're eating the rest of the day it won't keep you from losing weight. In fact, eating too few calories will drive your body into starvation mode and it will make it harder to lose weight.
