Dont worry about the pounds u aren't losing and you shouln't let it affect you emotionally. Once you take your mind of it and stop stressing it, it will come off. Just eat healthy and dont worry about it. Stress will also prevent you from losing weight. so what if you dont lose weight... it's not the end of the world. You are beautiful just the way you are no matter what. You can also try daily affirmation. Look in the mirror and plan your day and tell your self a hundred time if you need to that you are going to have a healthy food day. plan your meals and stick by them. just take it day by day. one day at a time.

Go to the supermarket and buy loads of the healthy foods that you really enjoy. Get up ten minutes earlier in the morning and prepare or pack the food you will eat during the day so that you can take it with you. That way you won't be so tempted by other things. You'll also find you save money by preparing your own food.
Coffee is also an excellent appetite suppressant between meals - just cut out the sugar gradually and you'll get used to it.

I needed to lose about 10 pounds in one week and i started the slim fast diet.. except i did it my way and lost 9 pounds in 5 days. Heres how you do it.. you drink a slim fast for breakfast around 8, then around 12 you drink another one, then at supper you can eat either a small meal, or like i did.. eat a really big salad with hardly any dressing. you do need to at least do a few crunches or some kind of exercise, and you need to drink a lot of water. it will really work if you try really hard at it.

i feel your pain, i've been trying to lose 20 lbs for a while now, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. If you're really commited to losing the weight,then you can, just make a concious effort in you mind everyday to do your best to not eat junk food, and to go out and exercise, you don't even have to go to the gym, just go for a walk, or ride a bike, or dance, just doing a little more everyday, and cutting out a little junk food everyday will really help. aw honey don't be so stressed! Just relax and it will be easier. Ok some easy tips are to drink more water and stand up straight and that will burn more calories. Also everytime you are about to eat food that is bad for you, think about why you are about to eat it and if it is really worth it. Maybe you should join Weight Watchers or a simular support group. If you're not wanting to do that, find a diet buddy, then you're not only letting yourself down, you have someone else to do it for. Try relplacing junk food that you love with healthy equivelents. Good luck and don't get so down on yourself. Remember you want to be healthy and radiant at Christmas and you owe it to yourself to do it!
