Here are a few of my favorite things from my wedding:
1. A hanky with my new initials given on my wedding day by a bridesmaid
2. Tiffany beaded bracelet (Tiffany's sterling silver is very reasonably priced - this bracelet is only $130)
3. A black baby-doll shirt decorated with sequin appliques that spelled out Mrs. and my new last name
4. A beautiful honeymoon nightgown
-or-
5. A piece of fabric from your childhood to pin in her dress
6. Pennies from both her birth year and her fiance's birth year to wear in her shoes on wedding day
7. If you can afford it, offer to pay for table decorations or the videographer or something for the wedding or something for honeymoon (luggage)
8. Scrapbook materials or a beautiful hopr chest to put away wedding day things
Good luck and have fun with her - she will be stressed and the best present I had was my best friend who was non-judgemental and supportive during everything - she really helped to protect me from anything that I didn't need to know about and handled those things for me so that I could enjoy myself and fiance!

Traditionally, you would give the bride and groom something for their home--dishes, linens, etc., etc. Nowadays, anything goes. I would find out where she's registered (if she has yet), and go there. You should be able to get a list of the objects she'd like the most. Or, you could just ask her what she wants. Finally, cash is never a bad gift.

Money and Gift Cards to the places where they are registered are the absolute perfect gifts because then the newly married couple can figure out what they need.

Assuming she's old enough, the absolute best wedding gift I can think of is a bottle of Sangue Di Guida, an Italian wine that you can pick up for aroun $20. It's to die for.

I am getting married soon and somethings that I want are the typical house stuff. Appliances, towels, sheets, comforter sets, dishes, wine glasses, gift certificates are always great, nice picnic basket set (i already got one/awesome), decor items, or $$. Also ask and see if she is registered anywhere.
Good Luck!

it is your determination no matter if you attend the marriage or no longer. it really is then your father and mother' determination no matter if or not they pick to save you of their abode or no longer and your sister's determination no matter if she needs to maintain any kind of courting with you.
