A gift card. Teenagers are so hard to buy for! That's what I am giving my niece for Christmas.

Not knowing if she is related or not, if she is related...I would start a saving's account for her w/ say, $50 or $100. Make it so she cant' touch it only for college or buying something sensible. (No music or clothes etc) What you can do is make it an FBO account. (For Benefit Of). Then she cannot touch it at all, you have to take the money out, but she can deposit. you could also put money in for her on holidays and her birthdays and build it up. Save it for college graduation or for her first apt or something. :)
If you are not related, then a gift card is always a good idea. There are Mastercard Gift Cards that can be used anywhere.
Depending on how close she is to you would depend on how much a gift would cost. An iPod is kind of expensive for, say a friend's daughter, unless she is like your own daughter as well.

Well that's hard to answer. Is she a girlie girl or a tomboy? Check out what she's into and go from there. But you can never go wrong with a gift card. Sometimes malls have them so that you can use it any of their stores.

If you're friends or relatives.. look for a sweet photo frame and put a pic of u 2 together in it.. i did that with lots of people and it never failed me!

I agree with gift card as your best option.
Blankets, candles, books, dvds, maybe a magazine subscription?

try polka dots, lime green, shocking pink, vol com, Roxy, or if your looking for cheep @ wall mart they have these slipper socks that are like moccasins get the ones with the pom poms and a perfume called so...kiss me? ,so...wild ,so..desirable,body spray and the perfume.
