Because you are 12, you shouldn't embark on any diet/exercise plan without the advice of a doctor and the support of your parents. Talk to both. Hopefully your entire family will kick in and join a healthy eating plan for both of you. Don't do anything extreme. Your doctor will most likely tell you that 1 or 2 pounds of weight loss a week is most effective for taking it off AND keeping it off (which is far far more important than taking it off - believe me!). As far as exercises go, ask for your doctor's advice, and also see what is available at your school - clubs, intramural sports, etc. Or maybe you and siblings/parents can start a walking program. I'm guessing at 205 that you don't have a lot of stamina or energy right now, so you'll need to start slow whatever you do. Good luck!

Have your parents go to the provided web site ... I lost 30 pounds in just over 40 days as well as 3" in my waist line on this very same natural and healthy weight loss (not diet) plan. I do not skip meals nor do I buy or eat special foods. I pretty much eat what I want. I do eat fairly healthy grilled/broiled vs fried, my veggies, fruit, and salads on occasion but I also hit the fast food places about 3 times a week because I have 3 children but even with that I am still loosing the weight on this plan. Best wishes to you

don't starve your self.. it only makes you gain weight because you body will store all fats thinking that it is going to be a while until the next time you eat.. so eat 5-6 small healthy meals throughout the day... lite breakfast in the morning- snack, like granola or something along the lines of that- small lunch like skinless boneless chicken breast...another small snack.... and a dinner... depending on what time your dinner is you should have a small snack about an hour or two before you eat so that your body will continue to burn fat during you sleep..... all food should be healthy.. no more fast food... a good way to make sure that you do not eat too much is to put the food in baggies or Tupperware ahead of time...... as for work out cardio helps burn fat the most-- try the treadmill , elliptical or bike.. it is also good to switch is up a little bit to throw your body off.. you do not want it to get used to one thing because after a while it will no longer help as much... also do other excises but remember that it builds muscle and it may not seem like you lost as much weight as you have so do not get discouraged...good luck

First of all, losing 75 pounds in a month is drastic, dangerous, and really shoudn't be attempted. Don't take the advice of strangers, talk to your parents, your doctor, they'll have the answers.

Cut out snacks, soda, fast food COMPLETELY!!! Eat small healthy meals. Drink WATER...lots of WATER....go outside and play, ride a bike, join a sports team....learn how to board...anything that you feel is fun and keeps you active. You need to cut way way wayyyyyyyyyy back on tv, video gaming, computer....make sure that your mom has you on a good multi vitamin....and remember that it will not just drop off, it takes time, patients, and determination...but you will be thankful when you succeed, best of luck to you!

If our bodies came with an owner's manual from our Creator, it would say 1) Eat the foods that God made for us, 2) Eat them when your stomach growls, 3) Eat until you're full. It's just that simple. You should eat foods in the form that God made them for us - in their natural form. Eat only when you stomach growls, eat slowly, and stop when you're full - meaning don't overeat. It takes 20 minutes for your brain to know you're full, so if you hook up the feed bag and shovel it in, by the time your brain gets the signal that you're full you've actually overeaten.
Anything that has been processed is worse for you than its natural form. We screw all of our food up when we process it, package it with preservatives, freeze it, etc. An orange is much better for you than orange juice, etc. When we get a loaf of white bread in the store, it has been made by taking the wheat grain and stripping out all the stuff that is good for you and then adding back in chemicals to make it "enriched". Once we started this practice, the cancer rate in this country began to rise and is at an all-time high. Anything that says "enriched" should NOT be eaten. Wheat is one of the most nutritious foods on the earth, but we screw it up so badly that it's not healty. I'm not like some tree-hugger, nut-muncher type person (although I do eat a lot of them) and I love Doritos, but they don't grow on a tree, cocoa is natural (almost), but a Hershey bar isn't, etc. Don't get me wrong - I eat processed foods. You almost have to or you'll go nuts, but I look at the package ingredients to see what it has the most of - the ingredients are listed in that order. If it has a whole bunch of stuff I'm not familiar with, I don't buy it. When you're in the store, take a look at the ingredients in Triscuits and then look at the Saltines. You'll see what I mean. Don't be confused by all of the labels that say "whole grain". They are whole grain, but which whole grain? They feed corn to pigs to make them fat... think about that. More healthy grains are wheat, oatmeal, brown rice, millet, etc. Also, sugar is just about the worst thing you can eat. Stay away from it!
Your family may not be in the habit of buying healthy foods, but if you have them in your home and you're just making bad choices, then you can fix that on your own. If your family isn't buying healthy foods, then maybe you can begin to ask for them or help with the grocery shopping so that your whole family begins to make better choices. It might mean that you have to take your lunch to school vs. getting it there. Most of the food at the school cafeteria is not healthy.
Think about this... if you're eating the way you should, for breakfast, you can have oatmeal (add splenda, butter, cream, cinnamon), an apple, milk. For lunch, a huge ham and cheese sandwich with mayo on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, bacon added, and some fruit or carrot sticks on the side. For dinner, a steak, baked potato, salad (with vinegar and olive oil). For snacks, whole wheat crackers with peanut butter or Breyer's ice cream (a moderate amount only!) with no sugar added.
It becomes a way of life, not a diet. Diets don't work. You'll find that once you're feeding your body nutritious foods, you will begin to reduce your cravings for the other stuff that's not good for you.
So many of us struggle with this, but when it really comes down to it, if you eat the way your Creator designed you to eat, your body weight issues will go away. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen and you won't have to worry about it anymore. Best of luck!!

Well, I would start with an all liquid diet, and pick up a hobby. Could be any hobby...but it will help curb any cravings using the good ol distraction method...then with your age and metabolism it should melt away.
