You need to be on a natural and healthy weight loss (not diet) plan ... Have your parents check out the provided site ... I lost 30 pounds in just over 40 days as well as 3" in my waist line on this very same natural and healthy weight loss (not diet) plan. I do not skip meals nor do I buy or eat special foods. I pretty much eat what I want. I do eat fairly healthy grilled/broiled vs fried, my veggies, fruit, and salads on occasion but I also hit the fast food places about 3 times a week because I have 3 children but even with that I am still loosing the weight on this plan. Best wishes to you in reaching your goal

Not a diet-they do not work for you can't forver deny yourself and when you begin eating again you'll gain the weight and more back. So a healthy eating plan is the best way to lose the weight and to keep it off. At 15 you should also be ACTVE-to have a healthy metabolic rate and burn calories-gt involved in sports at your school, swimming, Dance-a great Fun way to lose weight, keep it off-you'll also get a great figure for also tones your muscles-all dancers look great and the newest thing now is ball room dancing.Stop eating fast food or limit yourself to 1xa week esp the biggie fries, biggie everything- eat smaller portions. One hamburger from McDonalds has about 1000calories and mostly all fat-goes straight to fat on your body.Eat Baked Chips and smaller portions-not the whole bag. Eat veggies-steamed and eat fruit esp apples,strawberries-all the berries are good. Eat a small and I mean small handful of Walnuts a day-very healthy and gets rid of the bad fat. Eat baked chicken,Turkey(NO Fried) and very little if any red meat-for red meat has th most fat-Pork IS Red Meat.Forget or cut way down on SWEETS

The "get off your butt, exercise, and eat right" diet. That's the only way you're going to lose the weight.
It's not just losing fat, but gaining muscle. Muscle burns calories, fat does not. Fat just sits there.

Cut out sodas, drink lots of water. Eat what you want to, in moderation. Instead of 4 slices of pizza, eat one. etc. Exercise daily. Run, flutter kicks, situps...etc.
