Well it's a self evident answer. If he didn't die then he didn't die for our sins!

That's the point ISLAM is trying to make and CHRISTIANS don't buy into it. At least they shouldn't. Any CHRISTIAN who preaches TOLERANCE towards ANY RELIGION that says their relgion is ALL WRONG is not being a faithful disciple of God and Jesus.

You are allowing the ANTI-CHRIST to exist and propigate.

Any Christian who sides with Islam is potentially getting the mark of the beast, for ISLAM says Jesus is NOT the CHRIST and DID NOT DIE ON THE CROSS FOR YOUR SINS but is JUST A HUMAN PROPHET and a DOUBLE died on that cross.

That's TOTALLY ANTI-CHRISTIAN.

NO Christian should side with it.

NO Christian should tolerate it.

NO Christian should say we should turn the other cheek to the CONCEPT THAT JESUS IS A FRAUD AND NOT THE CHRIST.

That is what Islam attempts to teach.

This is NOT to say we should outlaw it or get rid of it. That would mean war. It means WE SHOULD NOT SIDE with it.

Jesus said LOVE your enemy the most. He did not, however, say we have to like it or them or what they say.

Jesus did REALLY die.
I did NOT say He "new" He wouldn't die.
I did NOT say He "knew" He wouldn't die.

As I Corinthians says:
Jesus was Crucified, Dead, and Buried.
He descended to Hades (the realm and abode of the dead).

BUT, the Atonement was accomplished on the Cross, on those dread six hours in which, "'tis mystery all, the Immortal dies", He bore our sins in His body; He Who was sinless perfection, and somehow being Eternal God He was able to bear our eternal death in those six hours.

At the end of those six hours, He cried out with a LOUD VOICE, the Victor's Shout of Triumph: "IT IS FINISHED". So, technically, He bore our sins on the Cross. Having made Atonement, then He died.

St. Paul says (Romans 4:24) that Jesus was DELIVERED for our offences. Delivered to the Cross.

God's Word the Holy Bible says that Jesus died for the sins of the whole world and than He rose up into heaven and is making intercession for us!
Therefore your question is invalid!

He did die. As the son of Mary, He had the ability to die. As the son of Elohim (God) He had the ability to choose not to.

As a part of the Plan of Salvation, He CHOSE to allow his body to die so that His Atonement could be fulfilled as well as the prophesies of the prophets who came before Him.

After the third day (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) He was resurrected. Because of His Atonement, death, and Resurrection, He has made it possible for all of us to be resurrected after we die.

Jesus is said to have died for our sins, but really He atoned for more than just our sins. He atoned for our sins, our transgressions, our sorrows, our illnesses, etc, as well as for all of the sins (etc) of everyone else -- even the most wicked or
righteous people you can imagine. All have sinned. All are guilty and all are lost without Jesus Christ.

It is only through and because of Jesus Christ that we have any hope of being forgiven and allowed to return to God (Elohim). It is through His Atonement that we can overcome our own sins and mortality and become as He is - eternal, immortal and truly ALIVE.

Jesus did die and was reborn in the afterlife. Just like everyone will be reborn when it's your time, you just shed this soul carrier of a body and live again.

He had an option........and he chose pain and torture. He did die
but because of his love for God the Father and his obedience to him he arose.
