well that would be a real miracle if she was well under the legal age of thirteen to be married. but then i would not rule this out from TheG-D of the impossible. with ninty and 127 year old women giving birth. and there is precedence in TheTorah for a woman to be given with seed, indicating a virgin birth with Adam in TheTorah. so this would not be out of the range of G-D, for even a 9 year old to give birth either. i mean as the grandson and grandfather, of David, and Shlomoh(solomon) who am i to judge the limits of ThePower of HaShem OUR G-D?

I did not find it either but I have got to many lectures on the Bible. The Bible Scholars all seem to agree that her age must have been between 13-15 years old. I have not studied the Bible that much to know how they came up with that though.

The bible is not the ultimate source there were other books that were held as fact but not truly inspired the aphoryca of the proto-evangelism of James states that Mary was at the age of 12. 12 was not underage it was a norm.

My guess is she was around 20, being that is the age a man can marry. I cant find the exact verse at the moment but i don't think it gives her exact age.
