Your question was not clear.

To burn songs or whatever, you need a CD-RW drive at least. If you computer has CD-RW drive, it surely came with a software with it. The most common are nero, easy cd creators, sonic etc.

Also, windows xp has built in cd burner. Insert blank cd in the cd drive. Open the folder where you have the files(songs), select them all, then choose burn these files to cd. or simply drag those to CD-drive.

Now, if you are looking for free cd burning software, you can get cdburnerxp pro . It is completely free and have many cool features. probably the best free cd burner which will allow you to burn almost anything.

Anyway, if you could make your question more clear, I could help you more.
Thanks.
