I had the most f*d up week, my car broke down and I cried to my mechanich about it. He calmed me down on the phone, told me everything was going to be okay. I expected to pay an arm and leg for the repairs, but he got it all covred under warrantee. He also fixed alot of other things wrong with the car I didn't even mention.
What should I do for him? I think he's an angel!

What a sweetheart and a good businessman--he knows you'll be talking about his shop to everyone you know. I'd send a big fruitbasket or something to the shop, something everyone can enjoy during the holidays.

Buy him a gift card for a good dinner someplace by.This is always good,I have did the same for some nice people or person.Get him some work tell people how nice and honest he is a good honest mechanic is hard to find.So tell other people and a gift card should be great.

Send him a nice Thank-You card and tell him you appreciate what he did, but do not go overboard. Unless you really know your mechanic and something about him, you go overboard and you might find yourself offending his wife/girlfriend. I totally understand your gratitude, but be gentle and polite, and get a simple card to say that you appreciate how he helped you out.

It would be very nice if you send him a letter of recommendation and thank you indicating all he has done for you. You might even present it to him in a frame so he can hang it at his business.

I am assuming that because this is in singles & dating you are a) single and b) you think he's hot. If that's the case and he also single, then ask him out. Otherwise just pay him.

He maybe an angel but be careful... watch every steps you make... I'm not saying that he's bad or what, my point is... he's still a stranger and you have to be careful being with him...

first of all dont listen to the other 2 anwsers! you should send him a nice thankyou note, or a nice christmas card. trust me its nice to get a thankyou! and its nice to be remebered during the holidays!

is he cute enough to take out to dinner? if not, pick him up a nice sweater for xmas. if thats too weird, then write a letter to his supervisor stating how helpful and attentive he was.
