Don't look for one. When you are not looking, love will find you. I have given this advice to numerous friends and they all thanked me for it.

It's a numbers game. Ask 100 women out, at least 5 will say yes.
Then you can take your pick!
Ask 2 women out, and your chances of 'getting' a girlfriend drop significantly.

You cant buy one, but you can attract one. You have to mingle and join with a group of boys and girls, and you have to find out, any girls are interested in you. If you find one, make the move, ask her out, take her for movie, talk about your family and hers, find out what she likes in a boy and what she hates, than basically you have to follow her likes and her dislikes, only than you will find a steady girlfriend.

Be sincere and start communication with a girl that you like. Understand whether she is the type that you like and ask if she has boyfriend or not. If not, then you can ask if she would like to be your girlfried.

She might like you because your cute when you do silly things or you look cute when you just sit there quiet or! look cute everyday and anytime :P
