It's obvious that deep down you don't love that person as much as you think you do. The other guy is still on your mind and heart and you haven't fully got over him yet. Maybe you should give yourself some more time to heal before you jump into another relationship.

you have to understand that the one thing a guy hates is knowing bout their partners past sexual experiences. also they wnat to be the only one you are having sexual fanstasies bout. i think the damage is done in your situation. some guys wont care and move on, some guys will think over it and just let it annoy them and then move on, while some guys will just end it with you. what guy have you got?

I would question them why it happened and who this person was that they were thinking about during sex..
it'd have to be a pretty good explanation for me to trust them again and continue seeing them.
