Ahh, Breathe and take a deep breath. Relax...you don't have to do anything, but read.

1. Smile everytime you pass a mirror, yes a big smile because you are taking back control.

2. Make a list of what's bugging you...yes get it out on black and white..

3. Make a list of what you want ..from the universe, yes get it out on black and white.

4. Take the what's bugging you list and tear it up and throw it away...delete, delete, delete, as it served a purpose to make you face what's bugging you.
Repeat the list everytime you feel, stuck, and overwhelmed, and then you know where to file the what's bugging you list.

5. Remember to get enough sleep, especially during the holidays.

6. Slow down when you take a shower and make sure you massage your head and face...to relax your muscles that are too tense.

7. Tylenol (or it's substitute) helps at times to lower the headache level.

8. At least once a day (prefer at night) make a gratitude list of 3 good things that you are grateful for this day and may you find lots more than 3.

9. Hey if you don't feel close to GOD, who moved? So go ahead and give GOD a challenge. GOD loves challenges. Tell GOD exactly what you want, and how you feel about anything. Do you realize there is nothing new under the sun that GOD has not heard from us (and I include all living creatures) before this time?

10. You have a right to a ROCKING RELATIONSHIP, and don't settle for anything less, as it will bugg you.

11. Now go for it, and remember LOVE is, and you need to love yourself first, and buy yourself something special for the holidays, it's not the expense, it must be something very special that no one else would buy you. I don't care if it's the special cup of coffee that you always wanted to try (and if you don't like it, you have the right to throw it all away), or a cashmere sweater...now go for it!

There are a lot of different things you can do, and these things are different for everyone. I play piano, read a book, take a bath, or play with my dog when I'm stressed. Try a hobby, hopefully that will work!

Go old fashioned- run, jog, box, listen to music. Sometimes, writing also helps- but u can't think about what you write, u have to just put pen to paper and let it flow- don't look at it, nothing. Just write and then throw it away. Theory is that once you write it and throw it away, you rid yourself of those thoughts. Worked for me at least. If you don't feel like throwing it away, keep a diary.

Take a day off to do what ever you longed for, but didn't have time to: be in bed all day long watching movies, surfing the net, reading, ordering something that is messy and you have long been wanting to clean. Just rest!

Plan a day for just yourself. Either go out and do something by yourself or just hang out at the house and just watch movies, clean, or just relax by yourself. If you have money, go to the spa for an all day event.

for many people, anything that gives a physical release of energy - a hot bath, self-pleasuring, hard physical exercise like running or working out - works.
