Take it to a repair shop.

Have you tried "using the option for last know working well" from OS selection menu?

- When computer start, press F8
- Choose "Last Known working state....."

if it doesn't work, just try F8 again and choose "Safemode", log In with admin account and select "No" when a popup message appear....then you will be able to restore your system into previous state that it worked fine.
