Two days ago I made (mostly whole wheat) bread and I want to freeze some of it. What is the best way to do so and prevent freezer burn?

Wrap it in plastic wrap. Then put in a high quality freezer bag. Use a straw to suck all the air out of that bag! It's the air contact that gives things that "freezer taste". Use within a few weeks.
