Tell her if she continues with this nonsense, you won't be her friend.

I actually met my now-fiance on myspace and he's 5 and a 1/2 years older than me and I was 18 when we met, so it's possible to find an actual relationship on there even if the situation looks like it might not end up so well. And when I met my fiance for the first time, I made sure I had a friend with me and it was in public.
So yes, I would say go with your friend and make sure she meets the guy in a public place just in case he isn't who he says he is.

Wow, what an incredibly bad idea that is.

There is no control on who is on myspace, or who they portray themselves to be. It's a perv paradise. She met a "persona" on myspace that is three years older, but the real "person" may be 30 years older.

You shouldn't go with her--none of you should go. You don't say how old you are, but I'm thinking teens. You need to tell her parents what she has been doing and about her plans. She'll be pissed, but she won't be dead--and that is too big a risk to take.

I actual have suffered a no longer uncomplicated destroy up this year as nicely, so i understand the way it feels to be thoroughly and completely heartbroken. i'm sorry, yet your ex is a quickly up ho and this new guy will bypass away her as quickly as he gets bored of her. i desire you do no longer take her decrease back, no longer a minimum of till a super style of time has long exceeded by employing and he or she grows up, by way of fact of course she's an immature b*tch. You deserve extra useful. a clean lady buddy won't help the two, only supply your self time and concentration on your self, college, acquaintances and households, and with time, you will recover from her. stable success!

Go with her. Myspace is bad, and myspace lies. I mean, i have one, but you have to be extremely careful, you never know if a 17 year old girl is 46 year old man. Maybe you should research Myspace cases to scare her out of it.

For starters, the age thing doesnt really matter...3 years is not really a big age gap (providing they are BOTH over 18 years of age)

Secondly, i think you should accompany her to meet this person because you should always be wary of people off the internet! It probably wasnt the greatest idea to give out personal details to him but accompany her just incase. Who knows, this guy might be a genuine guy who is trust worthy? But is it worth the risk? Definatly not.

You should definetly go with her. You can never really know someone off the internet until you meet them in person. It's not always safe to meet new people.

NO DON'T GO WITH HER!!, IF SHE WON'T LISTEN TO A FRIEND THEN WHAT GOOD WOULD IT SERVE FOR YOU TO GET IN HARMS WAY? NOW IF YOU ARE HER FRIEND YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO THE HARD PART OF BEING A TRUE FRIEND AND LET SOMEONE KNOW WHAT SHE'S THINKING OF. SURE SHE'S GOING TO BE MAD AT YOU AT FIRST, BUT FRIENDS DON'T LET FRIENDS DRIVE OFF A BRIDGE WITHOUT SCREAMING ..H E L P!
I H O P E YOU ARE A GOOD FRIEND.
