recently started doing gym and last two days cant make my arms straight so pain so i was thinking should i see doctor about it.

Take a nice hot bath or shower and soak them or put a wet wash cloth on a heating pad and heat them. Moist heat helps muscle pain. If it's not better in afew more days I would see your doctor. Good luck.

I would take some pain reliever for the pain, too.

The 1st two respondents are on track. What you are experiencing is the work of lactic acid building and regenerating the muscles you over extended...exercised.

Use of a heating pack will also help.

Don't quit going to the gym!

sounds like you have started off a bit too quick. If it is just muscle soreness, it should get better, but if it feel like a torn muscle, see your doc.
