My suggestion is this:
Don't use the word love when talking about how you feel with a boy at your age.
I do not want to seem like I'm looking down on you, or your feelings are any less important; it's just I have been there recently enough. I'm 22 and I remember being in middle school like it was yesterday.
Instead of "making" him like you, just chill out and enjoy what little bit of your childhood you have. Terrible advice isn't it? Trust me when I say you will be an adult before you realize it!
Oh and lastly: Boys are complete jerks until mid twenties (older then me even) so don't get too involved.

Nothing...You are way too young to be thinking about liking some boy. Take your time and grow up and besides, he is more interested in the skateboard than in you.

Don't go for guys who does not like you. And don't try to change yourself so that he will like you. You'll have a unsuccessful bf/gf relationship if you do that.

Woah, young. But I'm not gonna hate like those dick heads. Anyways let him know that you like him. When your arround with your friends tell them that you like him. Make sure that he can hear you but dont make it seem too fake ;)
