You would eventually have to take the ASVAB again. There are ten scores recruiters refer to as line scores. For the Army anyway, you need to have GT ( general technical ) line score of 110 or better to qualify for OCS and other officer producing programs. You will also need to have college as well. If you pursue the college, the next time you take the ASVAB hopefully the college will strengthen you and your scores will improve and you will have killed two birds with one stone.
Raise the ASVAB score needed for the commissioning program of your choice AND accrue much needed college hours as well.
Go see your local Army national Guard Recruiter. They have one of the best programs that will pay for your college AND provide you with several choices for Officer training.

Judging from how your question was asked I would bet that you are not qualified to enlist. Continue with school, it is easier to get into college than it is to get into the military. Once you graduate, if you are still interested look into becoming an officer. Right now the Army is paying back student loans, in all probability that program will continue until (if) you graduate. While you are in school you may want to look into the ROTC program, I would encourage you to take some remedial english and brush up on whatever areas you scored poorly on when you took the ASVAB.

An officer is required to hold a Bachelor's degree, so you have a while to wait anyway. Go to school, and try for an ROTC scholarship while you're there.
When you are about to graduate, see a recruiter and take the ASVAB again. Hopefully by then your score will have improved.
