G'day lmb92559,
Thank you for your question.
Yes if it is while she is in heat. Dogs go in heat every six months for three weeks. Some dogs will be fertile from the third day and as late as the 18th day. The 10th to 14th day is the most likely time but sperm can last for days.
I have attached sources for your reference.
Regards

Yes, if the male mounted her. He could have released thousands of sperm in her. It only takes one to create a puppy. Some females wont take the first time but many do. And even if it was only for a little while it only takes a matter of minutes for him to mount her and release the sperm. I would suggest taking your dog to the vet and finding out for sure. Good luck.

Yes...depends on when she ovulates but this is why the males sperm lives up to 7 days in the female. This also depends on the health of the male and the vitality of his sperm count but its a real good chance. Most breeders breed every other day for about 3 ties.

Although it often takes several "ties" to assure a pregnancy, dogs CAN become pregnant after only one tie.

Yes, If you are refering to the "tie" that occurs upon the male's ejaculation, it usually only takes once. Though the size of her litter should be smaller.

Yes, it can happen. Just like in humans. Sometimes it is not the case though. I hope I answered your question.

Yes, it's a possibility...You could take her to a veterinarian to ask them about it and see if she is pregnant.
