Yes,it was forclosed months ago and the bank now owns it,has for some time yet she(being my sister)never told us but continued taking our rent.We were informed by another family member and also seen it on the internet.How would you go about dealing with this situation?HELP

WOW that is really messed up that your own sister did that to you....call the bank and see what kind of arrangement you can make with them?_

Talk to the bank that repoed it. They may be able to give you a copy of paperwork so you can sue your sister for the back rent that she stole. They also might be willing to rent to you. It never hurts to ask.
I'm surprised you weren't served with a forclosure notice.

You sister is probably very embarassed and couldn't find the 'right time' to tell you. I think what she did was very wrong, but it's my guess that she either has money problems and wanted to steal from you or was just embarassed. Hard to say cuz I dont know her. Good luck!
