Well, taken individually, all those letters have some meaning in the different blood groups/types. "H" is actually used to indicate the basic sugar that represents what in common parlance is called "type O", onto which the sugars representing groups A and B are attached.

Rh positive factor can be referred to as R', or r', and several other variations of R/r.

But, in general, even in medical literature, stringing these together is not used.

I have o negative blood ( which is blood type o with the Rh factor being negative ) the only way I found this out is when I was pregnant and had to have rho gram shots because I was negative. Look up the blood type O negative
