I recently saw an infomercial for an ab belt that you put around your waste, turn on, and it makes your muscles flex while you do other things. It has many settings. Apparently, I don't remember the name of this item. Does anyone here know what this device is called?

My abs are fine by the way(6 pack), I just wanted to get it for a family member as a present. I assumed most infomercial do not work, yet I had recently heard from a friend that it helped him. I then presumed that it must have some effect. If you or someone you know used it, did it help?

It doesn't work. Not even a little. It may make you sweat, which will temporarily make your muscles more defined, but that's about it. And it's literally electrically shocking you - bad idea. Bottom line is that there's no easy way. You need to work out your entire body anyway - even doing stomach exercises alone won't do it. Sorry to burst your bubble but I don't want to see you waste money and maybe even hurt yourself.

To lose the tummy you will have the skill to desire to do cardio, weight preparation provide you with with that six p.c... you p.c. yet you will no longer have the means to paintings out it below the fat. alongside including your 30mins of weight preparation upload in yet yet another 30min committed to cardio. this isn't any longer so undesirable, actual positioned across some tunes to take heed to at the same time as you do it.

You should try doing pilates. I do pilates and even without the equipment. It doesnt take long and it really works out your abs.
