Methods of predicting the future?

Question

I want to do it right now, so nothing that I have to go out and buy. If I need practice, thats fine. I`ll practice now, but I want to be able to do it by the end of tonight.

You can use tarot cards, tea leaves, a crystal ball, or even a plain deck of cards. But you need to remember that the future is like water, it can be changed.
The plain deck of cards one can be used for yes or no questions.

If you mean "predict the future by magic", there's no such thing.

If you mean "predict the future like psychics do", you have a choice. You can either just make a bunch of specific predictions, and then ignore/forget about the ones that don't come true, or you can make a bunch of vague predictions that are sure to come true if you're loose enough about what counts as "coming true".

If you mean "really predict future events", your best bet is to carefully observe current events, learn something about how the world works, and make reasonable inferences about what is going to happen. There's no magic or special powers involved.

Predicting the future is easy. You just have to look at current trends and see what they show you will happen.

Of course, because the world is very chaotic, there really is no way of doing this accurately apart from trivial examples.
