waterfalls and gorges,theres a state park i think named buttermilk falls or something like that,the commons area is ok...take a little drive and go to corning to the glass museum

intensely looking for fun in life is a pilgrimage by itself. ithaca ,hopefully will be somewhat more exciting venue like many other fun locations.

what is fun for you? isn't cornell located there? if so, there may be some good performance art show at cornell, art galleries, and of course, bars...college towns usually are alot of fun.
