I use a gilette mach3 razor (non-electric) and use a special aftershave that is supposed to prevent razor burn. However, I find myself bleeding after shaving and the skin develops little red bumps throughout the shaving area. It looks very bad. any soultion?

Are you shaving against the grain? Shave with the growth pattern of the hair.
Change razors until you find one that does not cause the burn. You could be sensitive to some component in the razors manufacturing.
