turning windows swap file on or off?

My game says windows swap file is off and i should go into windows and turn it on. How the heck do I do that????

Right click on "My Computer", choose "properties". Choose "advanced" tab, then "Performance" settings button. Then "Advanced" tab, click on "Change" button.

Choise "System Managed Size" and click "OK"
