i am a travel agent and i suggest that you either use a travel agent or purchase directly thru the airline.
I will tell you that if you purchase through websites like expedia, cheap tickets, etc you will be s.o.l if you need to cancel or make changes.
I deal with that all day long.
I also used to work for expedia.com

No. airways will each so often have promotional airfares to inspire human beings to holiday. Plus each body on the flight paid a distinct cost tag cost than you probably did. the fellow sitting next to you've purely paid $39 each way on their flight and the different man or woman who offered their cost tag sitting for the time of from you've paid $a million,2 hundred for his or her cost tag.

Go to the websites of individual airlines. It requires a little more time, but you'll find the cheapest fare for sure. Also, don't automatically go to Southwest. Contrary to popular belief, they are not the cheapest all the time.
