America has an obligation to ALL people and cultures around the world to maintain a culturally diverse country. We must abide by our own guidelines and allow certain numbers of people from different cultures legal entry and maintain the rich diversity that America, and America alone enjoys. What I believe you would be better off doing is asking latin countries to allow a more diversity in their countries.

Latin Americans should preserve their culture because theirs is a beautiful society with pretty girls and superb living. Why do they improve their economy instead of going North.
