Do *not* crash diet. Do *not* do some celebrity trend. If you don't currently diet or excersize then all you need to do is watch what you eat, especially your salt and sugar (salt makes you retain water and sugar is very fattening). Exercise ONLY up to an hour a day and ONLY moderate exercise. I suggest a treadmill on an incline or a mile and some light weight lifting. Stay on top of your fluid intake - if you don't drink enough water you will actually retain what water you do drink. Just by doing these things you will lose some weight AND you won't suddenly pack it all back on or hurt yourself. Crash dieting can actually *kill* you - literally. You need to be careful. You don't want to "wow" these people by dying, right? And no - raw food will *not* do it. There's no healthy easy method - you *need* to eat reasonable portions, balanced meals, less salt and sugar, and you NEED to eat carbs.

Hey hun, I stumbled on ur question! Its me I changed my nickname! Im trying to do the same thing get really bikini ready in a week! Eat low fat natural yoghurt for breakfast, salad for lunch with some protein, chicken tuna or something... Then eat dinner before 7pm, if you can eat vegies & some protein again, say salad with chicken or some kinda meat... cut back on carbs, drink heaps of water, 2 litres a day... You dont need to starve, Im sure you'll look fab, just cut back on carbs & junk... Do situps & push ups & squats... Being fit looks better than too skiny... Looking 4ward to seeing you!

i doubt horse grooming is enough exercise. why not run for 30 min every day when your done with work? that should take it off faster. also try eating salads for one meal, and don't stuff yourself with every meal.
