first of all you should go get it trimmed- get all those spilt-ends cut off, it will make your hair instantly healthier.
i used to dye my hair all the time and it got pretty messed up but then i started using garnier fructis for dry&damaged hair- it worked wonders.
i would suggest trying that- otherwise just go take a look at all the different shampoo&conditioners and find one suitable for you.

Condition, condition, condition. Put leave in hair condition in a spray bottle and use this throughout the day. Stop coloring the hair so much. Once a year, use only touch ups at the roots twice a year to prevent further breakout and hair damage.

Cut your hair about an inch. Let the shock wear off in three days, and oh don't shampoo everyday this drys hair out too. Shampoo three times a week. At night put it in a soft scrunchy.

About the only way to fix it is to invest in some really good conditioner and shampoo that will take care of the dryness. You should also consider cutting a couple of inches off of the ends. When drying it, if you hold your blow dryer over the top of your head and dry your hair that way it will give it a flatter, smoother look.

You can't fix split ends, you will have to get them trimmed. Once you have done that, use a deep conditioner twice a week to keep your hair from getting dry. Also, try not to use a hair dryer everytime you dry your hair as the heat also damages your hair.

First of all cut off all the split ends (or as much as you can without going too short) then every month put a protein pack on your hair, specifically concentrating on the dry ends.

Your hair needs a good trim. You can not "fix" split ends..no conditioner..no mater how great.is going to bring hair that has split back together.. Actually your hair doesn't sound very healthy at all. Just because it is long it does not mean it is nice looking. Get yourself to a salon..have them give you a good trim..you will be surprised how much better your hair will be and look!

Well, dying your hair can cause damage. Try laying off the dye for a while. Also begin using a hydrating conditioner. And finally cut off your split ends.

I'm a cosmetologist, well going to school for it anyways. Do a deep conditioning treatment. Matrix has this cream, it is called Biolage. It works wonders. If you don't want to go to the solan, just put conditioner on your hair, cover it with a plastic bag and let it set for about 2 hours. It also helps a lot if you heat it with your hair dryer.

well first you have to trim those split ends.i know if you add maynase to your hair once a month and leave it on for 20 mins. it helps reduce split ends and makes your color last longer dont ask. my grandma is a hair dresser well shes been in the buisness for about 18 years and well it really helps even when you die your hair alot.
