They tend to mold,I simply put them in a bowl on my counter!

You can keep them refrigerated or at room temp. I work in a produce dept. at a grocery store and we keep the backstock in the cooler, but display them on a refrigerated table.

yes... straight lemon juice is a preservative and won't go bad for a long time. However, the rind is not as acidic and can mold. so to keep your lemons fresh longer, refridgerate

You only put them in the fridge if you only used half of it or a piece of it; other wise not. People put them in the fridge to keep them cool and keep them looking good.

No they are citrus products. they like it warm.
