Yes of course! Jesus does not save us by what he did but by WHO he is. He IS God's Lamb. He IS Resurrection and life. He IS light and life. He IS Emanuel. The cross is not a transaction whereby he does something that was not done before. It is a sacrament and image of what has always been.

No - if He did not die - he did not pay for our sins - so therefore we are still in sin and He is not our Savior. BUT the Good News is that He did die for our sins according to the Scriptures - Old and New Testament - and He is alive now. Praise be to God. Blessings.

I think that one way or another, Jesus still would be the Savior. Afterall, he was the Savior from the moment of his birth. I don't think that it mattered if he was killed on the cross or shot with crossbows, he still would have saved our skins.
Merry Christmas!

Yes. He was a representative of God at the very least. He could heal the sick and even bring the dead back to life. He lived to serve, that's enough payment for our sins, which I believe are our own before God, crucification or not.

No because we would still have the burden of our sin. We would not be saved....hence no savior.
