You might try this. Get a trailer hitch receiver cover at Walmart or an auto parts store. They have the led Ford ones for around $30. Replace your Ford emblem with one of these.

I think the idea is cool, but you will find that in some states the lighting of a blue oval is very illegal on a non-police vehicle (no blue lights allowed).
