Okay, so there was this seventh grade guy, and he always walked to school. he walked behind peoples houses. and then one day, a persons rottweiler broke through its fence and attacked him. the kid almost died. the reason the dog attacked him was because the boy banged on the fence, driving the dog crazy, and the dog attacked him, causing the boy to have over 3,000 stiches. I thought this story was true, because something similar happened to this guy at my school, only he had his arm ripped off.

yup, its true.! we had a greatdane that loved everyone in the neighborhood EXCEPT this one boy... one day she got loose and he was right there and she pinned him to the ground and barked in his face till i got there to call her off. i was shocked ... she never acted mean to anyone before.. he went home , told his mom, and she asked him what did he do to upset the dog...after a long list of "nothin!" he admitted to throwing hand fulls of gravel at her EVERYDAY coming home from the bus.!!! he never did this again. and "kokomo" never forgot him.

Yes, this could be true. I heard a story that was true. An old Granny , that lived at a house with three large dogs, and she would feed them everyday. One cold day , she went out to feed the large dogs and for some reason, one attacked her. She tried desperately to get into the house and when the other two dogs saw she was frightened, they too, started to attack her. They weren't her dogs, but another family members dogs. She thought always that they liked her and before that she was not afraid of them. Well as the three dogs attacked her, she started to bleed and when the dogs smelled and saw the blood they became more agitated. The old granny could not open the door and before long she was down on the ground. When family members came home , they as usual looked for granny and saw the back house door open. When they looked out of the storm door, they saw a terrible un-identifiable bloody mess. The three large dogs, had blood all over them. The family members were horrified, as they knew it was their Grandmother. The dogs went crazy over the smell and sight of blood and they actually tore poor old granny apart. It was awful and the dogs were taken and put to sleep. True story. I think it was in Chicago. Dogs are un-predictable.

It definitely could be true. I feel badly for the boy, but also for the Rott. Having someone torment you day after day can only wear down your reserves. And, after an attack like that the dog was probably put to sleep. All boils down to one thing. Parents need to be aware of what their kids are doing, whether they are human kids or doggie kids.

Yep, I could believe it. Rottweiler,pit bull, to mention a couple can do a lot off damage. A lot of those stitches could be internal, and when your young they put the stitches closer so the scare don't show as bad. In any case it makes you feel sorry for the child.

Rottweilers are one of the top dogs that many people fear. Also one of the smartest. Dogs dont do things on "accident" so yea that story is believable. People underestimate dogs that are caged up.

It can be true, but I would beleive the dog attacked because the boy was intruding on his territory, not because he hit the fence

If he went by and banged on the fence everyday then I can see why the dog was annoyed and would do this..

i think the story is true because sometimes anything (or nothing at all) can set a dog like a rottweiler (or putbull ,, any of those kinds of dogs) off. for no reason at all. the guy is lucky to be alive!!

possibly but that sounds like an urban legend type of story and they all have different endings like 3000 stiches and the other kid got his arms ripped off who knows like I said it might be but probably not
