Do you know any specific cases? Elaborate. It seems like this would be an issue.

As a forensic pathologist, I have had a couple of dozen cases of people who committed suicide, with that book beside them, open or marked to the page describing the method they chose. There are too many to discuss here, and it would not be professional to discuss any single individual case, anyway.

I puzzle over the last sentence in your question. Can you elaborate on what you mean by "an issue"?

How exactly would they do that? Hit themselves in the head with it? Stack up a bunch of them and jump off? I really dont see how anyone could use the book to effectively commit suicide.

No, but I've not heard of the book.
