I'm not fat.. AT ALL. I weigh 115 and I'm 5'8 but I STILL have lovehandles. This is had got be a joke hahaha. How do I get rid of them????

do side crunches or side to side sit ups. thats what i do. or take a dumbell hold it in one hand say in you right hand you have it so you lean to your left. switch it do about 30 reps. :)

OK, i don't know you at all...but I'm 5ft tall, and I weigh the same amount...though I have a lot of muscle since I figure skate. All I can say, is that you probably don't have anything that you shouldn't have...aka...don't worry about it!!! If you know you're not fat...which you're not...then why don't you feel good in your body??? If I was 8inches taller than I am...I'd be extactic, and if I could also weigh the same that I do now...that would be even awesomer (if that's a word...lol). So basically...it doesn't sound to me like you need to get rid of them, because I'm not so sure you trully have them.

Since having my daughter these things seemed to of just grown on me!! A nuisace i know but i'm planning on buying a home gym, they don't cost more than 150.00, and they tone up all of your body....toning and exercising will help with the love handles may help get rid of them.

Core training challenges your abs during each movement which creates better abs and tightens up the love handles.

you can't. they're called curves. unless people are using them as lovehandles, nothing bad should happen.

try exercise that will help to tone them up i find doing sit ups every day helped to get rid of mine!!!
