We talk to each other when were not too busy at work but we already made out and I know it's wrong and we have talked about it but it's not doing any good because we have so much attraction toward each other.And we've known each other for 3 years and no we have not been in bed together once! What am I going to do?

End it. This is not going to end well if you continue on this path. Let me put to rest any ideals you may have spinning around your head: no, he will not leave his wife, yes, he is a cheater (do you really want to be with someone you KNOW is a cheater?).

Wow...i was in the exact same situation..(even after I quit the job, we still were very much in touch) .I finally got the nerve to tell the guy I loved him....but his response was that he was not in it for love. OUCH!!! It has taken close a year to get over him, even though we are still friends, I fill my days with other interests. Be strong...and yes he is a cheater and you are the other woman. Put your mind to it to get this out of your life...you will like your self better for it!

Simple find you a single man that your attracted to then you will be thinking about him all the time. Your co-worker will not be as attractive to yo as he was.

You are going to find a man who is elligible, & leave the married ones alone. You deserve better than to be a mans girl-on-the-side.
