Every thing I want to do in life seems like God is making it 10Xs harder for me to achieve than other people. Sometimes I feel like God really hates me. I work really hard at everything I do and I am a good person, but I feel like God just sits up in Heaven and laughs at me every time something goes wrong. I never feel his presence, at least not when it comes to things that really matter to me. It seems that no matter how hard I try at certain things God gives me no helping hand. I don't know what to do.

God is not what you think, other people do it easily because they have the experience, and may be you lack, anything new is always difficult, others are also going through the same thing , just becuase they dont tell you, does not mean they are having an esay way. the more difficult things are believe me you have alot of learning to do. Every problem comes with a solution, it is for you to look for the right way constantly. This is the only way he makes us wise.

God hates no one. I'm a Christian and I would know this right up front. God has a plan for you in life, and anything your going through is part of his plan. It may seem like your life is a lot harder, but to tell you the truth theres loads of people out there that have worse problems then you. And just like God has a plan for you, he has a plan for them. God does help you when you need it, and he's always there for you.

Because you are trying to seek God from the perspective of what you like and dislike.

What is the purpose of your life? Is that to satisfy all your desires and if some of them aren't satisfied than say that God is making things difficult for you.

Everything good is from God and everything bad is from our ownselves.

Ask only God for help not any other diety or a creation. He will respond.

Worship the Creator, not the creation.

Relax. Just continue being a good person, and get all the religious bull out of your mind. It has nothing to do with God. Anything in this life worth achieving is difficult. Just keep on keepin' on. God's not doing any of it. Have faith in yourself, and go from there.

You remind me of my aunt. What I told her is this. Start taking your eyes off of yourself and your problems. Go to the nearest hospital and volunteer to read to children in the cancer wing. You will soon realize how blessed you are and how much of a blessing you can be to others. Many times when we focus only on our wants, we forget what God has already done. Remember, when we can only see the past and the now, God sees the end. He knows the best way to get us where we are going. Faith is not just for the good times, but should sustain us when the going gets tough.

You poor dear!
God loves you so much he came to this earth to die for you. Bible says he delights in you! He thinks YOU are GREAT! If he had a refrigerator he'd have your picture on it! He laughs when you laugh he cries when you cry. Many times we blame God for things that he had nothing to do with. OR God has a plan for you that you are not following. Also sometimes bad times bring us to our knees and makes us realize how much we NEED God!
You said you are a good person, compared to who? God? No one is righteous! All sin and fall short of the glory of God and we are not saved by our "good' works, only by the Grace of God and his Love for us can we ever be saved.
God LOVES YOU!

honestly... if you think god hates you... he probably does... in any case you won't get an answer from him.... but why should that matter.... pick yourself up... don't blame it on some guy who watches you while you masturbate... what can he do for you that you can't do for yourself.... if things are 10 times harder to achieve... work 10 times harder to get there.... thinking god is being hard on you just makes you lose focus on what really matters.... and that's enjoying life for what it is...

You not alone. I have those thoughts at times. I call this; "Honing the Sword". I feel God let's the pressure go at times, it helps develop faith and prayer. Somewhere down the road God cuts some slack. Then the pressure on again! Ha! But, God loves you very much. "Fight the good fight" as Paul said.

In order to make an intelligent guess to answer your question it would be helpful to know if you are a born again Christian or not.

If you are then it could be that you are trying to operate under your own strength and not relying upon God to work through you. Or it could be that God is testing your faith and putting you in the gymnasium of faith to make you stronger.

1 Peter 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy, he has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading, kept in heaven for you, 5 who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith--more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire--may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

If you are not a Christian then it could be that God is showing you your need to turn to Jesus and access the power and direction that a person receives when they are born again by the Holy Spirit.

John 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you.

Anyhow, God doesn't hate you. He gave his Son so that you could be saved and be with Him for all eternity.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

I'd say stop worrying about whether God hates you and just keep at it. Nobody "deserves" anything in this life or the next, so let God be God and you be yourself, worship Him but realize that you gotta stand on your on two feet and make things better yourself.
