I looked at your picture and some of your other questions. I have to say, that the picture doesn't tell me too much. You're not fat, but your pictures shows some extra curve in your tummy. There are two things that could be happening here, and two different things to help.

One is that your 'pot belly' is caused by your stomach muscles pushing out. You mentioned eating and drinking a lot, and that could be the extra pressure on your stomach from the inside. Or your body could be bloated, and you have indigestion or some type of upset stomach.

Another cause is weak stomach muscles. You are leaning in the picture, and that posture tends to push your muscles out. Even a thin girl will have a bit of a round tummy if their posture isn't good. Crunches are good, but twisting crunches and exercises that work this "obliques" help flatten the tummy better, and help your posture. Everyone looks a little better when standing up straight!

The other cause is whether you have any tummy fat. If you have some extra flab on your belly, it almost doesn't matter how tight your abs are underneath the flab. To lose the fat, you have to make sure you are getting enough exercise. 30+ minutes a day, 5 days a week should build muscle (to burn calories 24/7) and burn energy to help your body lose the extra weight. Running, walking, swimming or biking is best - and cheap!

Keep a food diary. Write down everything you eat, and how much. If you aren't losing any pounds or inches, then start adding up those calories to see whether you really are eating as much as you should. You may not really know how much you eat, but your body will put every extra calorie on your tummy whether you know it or not.

But I can't tell from the picture whether you really have much extra flab or not. The best pictures to keep track of your body are pictures like the link below, if you are comfortable with taking pics of yourself. Seeing your waistline clearly from different angles helps you see your body changing over time, whether you are getting fat or losing weight.

Believe it or not, cardio is the best way to lose the weight. There's a build up of fat that needs to be lost. ALthough adding weight training is good becuase it burns cals, cardio is going to burn the fat fast.

crunches are annoying, but the best way to get rid of an unwanted tummy...Also using Tae Bo with Billy Blanks gets the job done all over.
