i believe it is an unscientific teaching.

NO... Evolution makes no sense whatsoever. If we came from monkeys how come monkeys are still around? How come none of us have tails or claws? I think evolution is just a theory to turn people away from the Bible. Many things have been found to baffle many evolution theories but people just don't want to hear it like Skull 1470 it was a perfect human skull yet found to be like 3 million years old , evolution would state that at millions of years old it would be a monkey but its a perfect human skull.... I don't see how anyone can think that evolution makes any sense! I just think that we were made by God.

In a very limited structural capacity.
Evolution is based on theory.
Theories have had too much conjecture.
No biological evidence to support fossil theory has ever been presented nor can it.
Evolution creates more questions than it answers.
For the theory of evolution to happen in the random frequencies they depict, an intelligent design theory emerges.
The math required to depict DNA mutation in random to get to where we are today would take another 100 trillion years.
I have done the math and many agree with the answers.
Also why is the earth in a perfect position with protection from the elements of space and nature balanced to a degree that it can repair itself?
We see many answers in science that provide the common sense from creationism.

so does global warming, but good luck getting that approved in schools. Evolution isn't a theory, like the second shooter on the grassy knoll. Evolution is a theory like black holes.
Yep, just a theory, a reliable, observable theory. We've created evolution. Most breeds of dogs didn't exist 200 yrs ago.

I don't "believe" in evolution. It doesn't fit the definition. I accept evolution as a well tested and proven theory. Before anyone goes and starts attacking the word "theory", gravity is a theory too.
To me, belief is taking an idea as real without any proof. There is plenty of proof for evolution.

No- I can't.
The trouble with evolution is when you start to actually think about it, it just doesn't work. I do believe in survival of the fittest - but not spontaneous change based on environmental or other factors (which has never been demonstrated).
Here's one of many examples:
Take sight. In the theory of evolution, at some point, sight in a given creature did not exist. There were no eyes, no ability for the brain to receive signals, no transmission path for those signals, etc. So, how do you get from "no sight" to "sight" - which involves so many necessary and interdependent functions to work. There's a lot of literature subject. Email me and I'll send you some titles to read.

I believe in it to a point. I believe God worked through evolution for the most part. Interestingly enough, there is a verse in the Quran where God talks about turning people into monkeys and pigs which suggests devolution at least for those people who ungrateful. It would make perfect sense since primates and also swine have a DNA structure very close to our own - actually pigs are even closer to us than monkeys!
YUSUFALI: Say: "Shall I point out to you something much worse than this, (as judged) by the treatment it received from Allah? those who incurred the curse of Allah and His wrath, those of whom some He transformed into apes and swine, those who worshipped evil;- these are (many times) worse in rank, and far more astray from the even path!"

I read a quote a while back from one of the former presidents. I don't remember which one. He was asked if he believed in evolution. His answer was something like this." In this day and age, with all the scientific evidence it amazes me that a supposedly intelligent person would even ask such a question ".

I believe in the process of evolution. It's a verb not a noun. I know of no university that grants PH Ds in Evolutionology.
Evoution describes a process or action brought about by Biology and Genetics.

We can see the evolution in action just by observing the nature around us, even during our life span. We can see fishes flying and creeping out of the water, mammals and birds swimming... just to make a couple of examples.
Now, imagine how creatures must have changed during the millions of years since life began on this planet.

YES I do. Evolution makes so much more sense than men and women made of clay. People have been around for MUCH longer than 2000 years, and we weren't monkeys. We were humans who walked around without a straight posture.
