there is this guy i work with and he is really nice and i am kinda into him and i think he is into me too...but he is kinda the shy tyoe and i cant seem too get him too ask me out...should i wait alittle longer and wait if he asks me or should i just ask him out and if doo how would i ask him?:S

You can do what I did with my babe. I tried to ask her out and she kept saying know. I sent out hints. For example, she said with me and a bunch of friends how "guys just are bad kissers", so I told her thats because she hasn't tried me yet. Also, while driving with her in the car, I was just bold and said when are you going to ask me out. Eventually I bugged her and she did:). Try something like that. It never hurts to be forward. If you dont ask you have nothing. At least let him know you want to date him. Most guys arent sure of themselves and are afraid of rejection.
After my girlfriend said no 10 times, finally she just came to and asked me. Everything has been great for the past few years since then.

i wouldnt wait. if you really like him and hes too shy to ask you go for it. My husband now is really really used to be really really shy he liked me and i liked him but i kept waiting on him to ask me out he never did he was afraid i really didnt like him well anyway i asked him out and we've been married for 4 years and have a little boy and are very happy. What are you waiting for ASK HIM OUT

You can wait until you can't take it anymore, hint to him that you like him, if he doesn't catch the hint make it more blatant. If he is too shy just ask him out.

if you are friends with him, and don't want to risk ruing the relationship, maybe wait and see. but if you want to start something with him, be honest and tell him you feel and that you are "into him"

Don't date guys you work with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you really like him, quit your job first, then date him.
Workplace relationships are bad for morale and risk people's jobs.
