hi, i'm a foreigner and just learning all the rules of dating -my date and I decided to be boyfriend and girlfriend - i might sound dumb - but does it mean we are exclusive?

Yes, that's what it means--or let's say that's what it should mean......I do not approve of inclusive relationships to begin with, and if a girl and a boy decide to "go together" then they decide to have an exclusive relationship. The rules have not changed much, and they also do not vary much from other countries.....

It would be best to ask the person you are dating. They can let you know if they want it exclusive or if they are going to date others as well and you can too.
