On Microsoft Word, it doesn't have the option of that kind of format. I want to make it look like a newspaper.

If it's a Word program, you SHOULD have that option available to you....it would most likely appear in the tool bar at the top of your document and be to the right side of the screen...you should have the option of left side, center, and columns at the minimum-if not more options.
If that still isn't available, look to the very top and check under...I think edit...mine has a "format" option there..
If THAT isn't available....you may have to use text boxes (each column will have a "frame" around it)Mine is located at the bottom towards the left side of the screen....or if worst comes to worse, you'll just have to use the "tab" feature and do a LOT of it!!!!

In microsoft word, click on format found at the top then click on column. Then choose two under preset and click ok. Or if you have something written out already, you can highlight that then go to format -> column ->set preset to two then ok.

It may not be called up but look around in word there are templates for every thing to place your information into. you just have to cut and paste the information in the document. If you dont like the set up you can always set the document up the way you like the first time you make a document and save it as a template and then everytime you comeback open the template a your settings are saved and you move the new information into the corsponding spots.

Yes it does.
You need to create a table with columns and rows...then you type your text in them.

Open a blank page
Click on table/insert table
And choose what you want.
It can all be customize to the size you want it.
